You know your job. You know what takes too much time, what is repetitive, and what could be done differently. But you don’t have an IT department to turn your ideas into software. Founder Pilot is for professionals who have a specific problem they’d like to solve — even if they’ve never thought of it as a software project. Maybe you spend half an hour every morning encoding invoices. Maybe you manually collect prices from several websites to prepare today’s offer. Maybe you maintain complicated spreadsheets, copy information between systems, or regularly compile reports from different sources. What if that work could happen automatically? You explain how you work and what you need. We build a tool around your actual workflow, and refine it together as you use it. You don’t need to write specifications, understand technology or know what is technically possible. Just show us what you do.

1Show us your workflow
You bring the real-world problem. Show us how you currently work, what takes your time and what you would like to improve.
2Build & validate
We build a first version around your actual workflow. You try it in your daily work, and we refine it together based on your feedback.
3Keep using it
You get a practical tool tailored to your needs. In exchange for R&D pricing, we ask for feedback, a reference and introductions to others who might have similar needs.
Pricing
- Setup: fixed 500€ – 1,500€, paid once at signature
- Monthly: 0€ once you introduce 2 qualified peers
The setup fee covers initial development and infrastructure. You keep using the resulting tool. No hidden retainer while you stay an active reference.
What we ask from you
- One or two short syncs per week during the build to validate results
- Permission to use measured gains (e.g. hours saved) as an anonymized or public case study
- Warm introductions to at least 2 colleagues or partners with a similar need
Questions
I have zero technical knowledge. Is that a problem?
No — that is exactly the profile. You describe the job to be done and show us how you currently work. We handle all technical complexity.
Who owns the tool?
You get a perpetual, exclusive right to use the tool configured for your business. Core engines stay ours so we can keep improving them.
What happens after the pilot?
You keep using the tool. Optional hosting and maintenance can be discussed, but there is no forced monthly fee.
What if my workflow is very specific?
That is precisely what Founder Pilot is designed for. We start with your particular needs rather than trying to fit you into an off-the-shelf product.
