How it works
1Conception
We understand your business need, identify the processes to automate and agree on the scope, data sources and expected results. 50% of the setup fee at order.
2Build & deployment
We design, build and deploy the solution using your actual data and workflows. We validate it with you before going live. The remaining 50% is paid on deployment.
3Managed operations
Once it’s running, we operate it for you: hosting, monitoring, maintenance, corrections and support are included in one monthly fee.
Pricing
- Setup: fixed 1,500€ – 3,000€, split 50% upfront / 50% on deployment
- Monthly retainer: 200€ – 500€ / month, all-inclusive
The retainer covers hosting, software and AI API consumption, corrective maintenance (e.g. adapting to site changes), and support. One invoice, zero surprises.

- Cloud hosting, server management and database scaling
- Software and AI usage costs covered within the retainer
- Continuous maintenance: source fixes, workflow updates and bug fixes

Questions
Do I need to understand software or cloud?
No. You describe the business outcome. We choose and operate the tools, servers and databases — including AI where it helps.
Who owns my data?
You do — exclusively and confidentially. We process it only to operate your system.
Can I cancel the maintenance?
Yes, with written notice (typically 30 days). We hand back your databases and access in a standard, usable format.
What if only one person will use the system?
That can still be a Turnkey System. The distinction is not the number of users, but whether you need a reliable, continuously operated solution for a recurring business process.
How is this different from Founder Pilot?
Founder Pilot is for a particular workflow or problem that we explore and refine together with you. Turnkey System is for a defined business need where you want us to build, deploy and operate the complete solution.
